Beginning in 1989, this agency's services have been assessment, community service, court advocacy, counseling, educational services, enhanced information service, field supervision, intensive supervision, job placement assistance, relapse prevention, recreational services, residential services and supervision. Target populations are first time felony offenders, usually between 16-21 years of age, or repeat misdemeanant offenders who are jailbound.

This program began operation in 1989 and serves youth charged as juvenile offenders, absent program intervention, would likely remain in detention and be placed in an OCFS facility. Program participation lasts from 6 months to 1 year. The project provides court advocacy, client-specific release plans, intensive case management services, youth development services and family counseling and supports.

This project promotes public safety by providing a day treatment service as an intermediate sanction for female offenders who would likely spend six months or more in jail. This program provides outpatient drug treatment services for a city-wide population of seventy five female felony offenders, 18 years or older, who are substance abusers. This alternative to incarceration program is 6 to 12 months in duration. Selected women must have a willingness to participate in the program and a stable residence in a drug-free household. This day treatment modality utilizes cognitive, behavioral, reality group and individual therapy, as well as fundamental elements of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous Twelve Step strategies.

This program began operation in 1990. Agency services are primarily drug and alcoholism screening, referral and rehabilitation counseling for high risk felony offenders. Flametree provides day long drug-free community-based treatment for substance abusing defendants charged with felony-level offenses who would otherwise be detained pretrial or sentenced to incarceration for at least six months.

The Fortune Freedom Program provides a day long community-based supervision program for non-substance abusing men and women charged with felony-level offenses, who are likely to be sentenced to more than 190 days in jail. It is designed to orient clients to Fortune, provide intensive, structured treatment and then gradually assist them in the transition to independent living.

This is an agency of city government serving the five boroughs of New York City. Agency services include the preparation of pre-sentence investigations and reports for the criminal courts and the supervision of criminals sentenced to probation. Investigation and supervision functions are also provided for criminals released from jail by the Local Conditional Release Commission. Intake, investigation and supervision services are provided for Family Court. Many discretionary services for pretrial release services and alternative sentencing are also provided. It also participates in PINS (Person In Need of Supervision) Adjustment services programming coordinated by the Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator.

Located in East Harlem since 1975, Greenhope's commitment to providing quality services to ex-offenders has made it a leader in working with women to address the problems that lead to a life of drugs and crime. It is one of the few woman-centered facilities operating in New York State, which serves both parolees and alternative to incarceration (ATI). Greenhope operates three programs: Day Treatment, Outpatient Services and Residential In 2006, Greenhope anticipates the groundbreaking for its new building an ATI residence for single women as well as women with their children. Greenhope Services for Women, Inc. also manages Greenhope Housing Development Fund Corp., a building complex for single mothers and their children and a single room occupancy (SRO) facility for single women.

This program also provides assistance to women who are HIV positive. Target populations are incarcerated females aged 18 and older who reside in Hopper Home as an alternative to incarceration, or Huntington House.
